House was well appointed and recently remodeled. Everything was very clean and in working order. Neighborhood was nice and near attractions in Galveston. Would happily stay again next time I’m in the area.

This was a great place to stay for my family and pets! It was extremely walkable, lots to do, very easy to navigate, and just like it was advertised! My pups absolutely loved it, I loved it, and will definitely e looking forward to booking again with Lindsey and Justin again at their properties!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and cozy, and everything was well set up. The beds were comfortable, which was great after a long day. The location is convenient—only about a 2-minute drive to beach parking. We had a lot of fun fishing and catching crabs right there.

This was an amazing place to stay for the week! The beach is literally right there....and the views of the Gulf were absolutely beautiful!! We loved the condo, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need, the amenities were also top notch. Our daughter plays tennis for her high-school and was able to practice while here. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin and Lindsay’s house! It was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable spring break. The home was very clean, and the hosts were communicative and easy to work with throughout our stay. The deck was a great bonus—we loved being able to fish right from the house—and the marina being nearby was super convenient. We rented a golf cart, and the beach access was just about a 5-minute ride away, which made getting around easy and fun. The location on the island was especially nice—quiet and relaxing, while still only about a 30-minute drive into town. Overall, a great spot for a peaceful getaway!

The Happy Hut is a great location, about 2 blocks from the beach, a d walkable to area restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, and the fenced back yard was perfect for our two pups! We definitely plan a return visit and recommend this place. Justin and Lindsay are sweet and very responsive!

The flamingos carriage home was extremely ideal for someone who did not want to pay extravagant hotel room prices for a nearly weeklong conference. You can tell the hosts truly do care about their visitors and the experience they have. I mentioned damage that was left by previous guests, and the host was so considerate in their response to me. When I mentioned that the mattress was not great for my personal back structure, the host had a mattress topper to accommodate me. I am extremely grateful for this experience.

I had to stay in Galveston for a clinical rotation for school, and I’m glad I chose this place! The location was great and the place was so cute and comfortable. Justin and Lindsey were always friendly and quick to respond to all my questions as well. One thing to keep in mind is that this place is next door to other AirBnB’s so there are quiet hours, but it wasn’t an issue for me at all. I was still able to study during the day without issues/noise and do most of my work/cooking/coming in and out of the place at night without any problems. Overall I had a great experience that made my intense rotation much easier to manage! Justin and Lindsey were great hosts too :)
